Dr. Kelly Horgan
I graduated from Colorado State University with my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. I served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps for six years. After living in Washington, South Korea, and Bahrain, I am very excited to settle down in Southern California. Working with Military Working Dogs and their handlers gave me unique insight into the human-animal bond and fueled my passion for high quality care and clear client communication. I completed my Certification in Veterinary Acupuncture in 2020. I believe pets benefit from combining western and holistic treatment modalities.

It means PROTECTOR in Latin. I cannot think of a better word to describe our pets. Their unconditional love preserves our mental, emotional, and sometimes even physical well-being. The word is probably most recognizable from the Harry Potter series. It was fitting that wizards and witches would utter this word to conjure their spirit animals. The books fueled my imagination and I wanted my company name to reflect my personality. EXPECTO PATRONUM!
